Who are we?

A great team

We are Mercedes and Rafael, the creators of this spectacular project, having been working for many years in the estate agent and construction field, we decided to start our own company.

Knowing first hand the property reform sector, knowing also the delays and lack of commitment in this sector.

For this reason we have created the Method MG22, knowing that we can make the difference when it comes to helping property owners, relieving them of all the inconveniences that property renovation can carry.

Rafael

Engineer, specialist in labour risk prevention. Ten years experience in the construction industry, focusing on property reform, scaffolding and concrete structures.

Mercedes

Solicitor, with an expansive knowledge of the public sector, financial sector and more specifically in urban planning. Also with two decades experience in the banking and estate agent world.

How do we work?

Where we listen in situ to the property owners ideas, understanding your needs and evaluating the options that we are given in the meeting, giving a personalised technical assessment

2. Proposing solutions

We will put forward alternative solutions for your property reform or any other services that we offer. We are specialists in transforming spaces with functionality and tailor made designs, always respecting the clients budget. We will provide a clear and detailed estimate with timescale and plans if the project requires them.

Once a service has been chosen, we will work on a personalised management- coordination-strategy from start to finish of the highest quality.
